What counts as a message?

One visitor message or one assistant reply counts as one message. A complete answer — one question plus one reply — is two messages, which is why every plan is quoted in complete answers.

What happens when I use up the plan?

The assistant stops answering until the next month or until you buy an add-on pack. Captured leads and conversations are kept.

Is annual really 20% off?

Yes. Basic is $240 a year at the monthly price and $192 annually; Professional $828 vs $662; Enterprise $3,228 vs $2,582.

Can I change plans later?

Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

What is the refund policy?

Monthly plans can be refunded within 14 days for unused full months. Annual plans are refunded on the same basis. Add-on packs are refundable only if completely unused.

Do I need a card to start?

Not at signup. You build your knowledge base first; when you install the widget or connect your domain, adding a card unlocks the assistant and starts the 100-chat trial. The trial has no time limit, and when the chats are used it continues on Basic at $20/month — cancel any time before that.

Are taxes included?

Prices are in USD and exclude taxes. Our payment provider acts as merchant of record and calculates the tax that applies to you.

Do team members cost extra?

No. Plans are priced by websites and complete answers; there is no per-seat line item.
