White label

Your brand, front and centre. Ours, gone.

No “powered by”, no DeskClerk name, no upsell. Client sites look like they were built by you — because they were.

Your widget

Acme Support
Hi! How can we help?
In short

White label means the assistant carries your brand, not the vendor's. DeskClerk AI removes its name and badge from the widget and includes customer-domain binding on every plan, so an agency can run client sites that look entirely their own.

  • No DeskClerk badge on any plan
  • Client domain binding included
  • Logo, colours, name editable
  • One workspace, many sites
  • No per-client fee for branding
What you control

Everything a client sees

Identity

Logo, brand name, subtitle and greeting.

Domain

Bind the client's own domain — included on every plan.

Evidence

Answers cite the client's pages, not ours.

For agencies

One workspace, many client sites

  • A separate knowledge base per client site
  • A separate public key per site
  • Client domains bound without extra fees
  • No DeskClerk badge in the widget
Example

12 client sites

Each site answers from its own content, in its own language, under its own domain — managed from one login.

The problem

Where it hurts today

Vendor branding on your work

A “powered by” badge undermines the agency relationship.

White label as a paid add-on

Branding removal charged as an upgrade.

Domain fees

Charging per custom domain makes client sites expensive.

Mixed data

Client knowledge and conversations in one undifferentiated pile.

White Label in a real workspace

White Label is not a demo screen — it runs on the site you already have.

In practice

What it looks like on a normal Tuesday

A visitor asks the question you have answered a hundred times. The assistant replies from your content, shows the source, and captures the details when it matters.

  • Remove all DeskClerk branding
  • Use your own logo, colors and domain
  • Custom widget title and greeting
  • Ideal for agencies running client sites
